Please note that insurance does reimburse for telehealth appointments.
If requested, will provide an invoice for client to present to insurance company for reminbursement for insurance companies other than those listed. (Allow two weeks from request date.)

PLEASE NOTE: Copayments and Self payments are due at the time of service.
If there is a deductible unmet, the full session payment is due at the time of service.
* Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for self-payments or insurance copayments. *HSA cards are accepted and usually work with the current system. If not, payment shifts to self-pay and an invoice can be created for insurance.
